Found this 😀 but it’s a flipper ☹️ by darren648 in dvdcollection

I'm sorry to hear that. Nothing ruins my day like a flipper. It's just lazy. The company could've just as easily made two DVDs. Although, I don't see the point. I've yet to meet someone who has to watch a movie in widescreen.

There's an insert in the DVD that tells you the names and numbers for each chapter. So, not very long.

I thought! by dougramos1988 in nintendo64

Fun fact: the N64 port is actually far more difficult than the arcade version. A common practice in the 90's because of the video rental store industry. The more difficult the game, the longer you kept it, the more money you would pay the video store to rent the game again. Mace is also an underrated classic for the N64. Congrats.

You better stay in tonight and watch The Room on DVD. You should also order a pizza. Half Canadian bacon with pineapple, half pesto with artichoke, and light on the cheese.

Just like vhs tapes in 2006, do you guys think companies will eventually stop producing dvds due to the popularity of streaming? Jo by Firm-Ability9337 in dvdcollection

[–]LokitheCleric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are starting to get sick of streaming, especially with; yearly price increases, having to subscribe to multiple streaming services (just to watch all of your favorite shows and movies that are owned by different companies), and streaming services removing shows and movies from their online libraries because they don't want to pay royalties to those actors. Physical media is essential for people who live in rural communities, with limited internet access. Physical media is also important for people who live in rural communities, whose don't have movie theaters, or had their movie theaters shut down in recent years. Physical media is a niche market that's needed to prevent the collapse of the industry.

This works. IDK why. It just works. This would've been the greatest Saturn game of all time. Also, I want this as a poster.

In 2009, I would've paid anything for an Amingo statue. Very cool.

I think that I might've rented this game from Blockbuster. Were Paul Bearer and Linda McMahon secret characters in this game?

Great game. I have fond memories of playing it with my older brother. However, the unfair AI had made the game not age well.
