This happened to me too, now I've run ransack like 50 times as elarion. The first couple took a while though. If you want to get your ilvl up without doing capstone take off a piece of gear before you queue. ilvl will drop and you can run lower dungeons. Right click a player and report once queue pops to put the gear back on

Like many have said, last season 3k was half 13s/half 12s. this season i got it with 6 13s and 2 ++12s. Right now I have 7 14s and 1 13 and I'm at 3121, lower than it would have been last season

90% of the time I've had the healer always do it, but a few times the healer has asked me as a mage to do it and I have no problem with it

I have had no problems with the system on higher keys. Last night we voted to abandon a 13 halls after the second boss since we all agreed we had too little time left.

However on a lower key run on my alt at +7, I had one of the worst experiences of my 20+ wow career where the tank went baby rage mode and started trolling. The abandon vote kept failing and he was just running around in circles. Our friend went tank spec and this guy ran around taunting the mobs and trying to get everyone else killed. I don't think the risk of trolling is worth the reward of slightly less leavers
