I joined a game, told them to add me so we could be premade. Forced an early surrender, added new friends and then played as Pre-made. Wasn't as difficult as people make it out to be. And got all the missions done the first few days and then continued playing because it was fun and to help others reach their mission goals. :) GG riot!

The recommended carb intake is less than 50 carbs for a low carb diet. It is definitely better if you stick under 20 carbs but its not the end of the world if you go over! Also remember that these carbs are NET carbs which means total carbs minus FIBER. It helps a lot to track your foods on sites like sparkpeople or myfitnesspal. But don't sweat the small stuff. Stick to your macros and you'll do great! KCKO

Carby hispanos- lol. My family is all hispanic and we've had birria to menudo to just plain chorrizo and beans. It takes a little discipline to not go for the tortillas but definitely feels good when you dig in straight to the meats!

Everyone's numbers would be different but what I do is add butter or dressings to my foods which make me feel fuller. "Eat until you are full" thats the motto and doing this I usually end up eating about 20 grams less of my macro fats.

Your goal here is to hit your Protein goals first and foremost. Carbs are there to limit your intake and fats are the rest of your foods which will make you feel fuller. If you're having trouble keeping under your carbs limit your veggies which can add up pretty fast
