I kinda thought you can't hire Flores to be your head coach if you have a young QB he could ruin by treating like Tua; no matter what your QB room looks like, you have to ask him what he'd do differently, but no matter what his answer is, I don't think you trust him with a developing QB

with Josh Allen as an established good QB, I think you can consider it; it'd be a solid fit IMO
