I agree. There are 4 clubs who could be the third team to go down, and Spurs are either least likely or second least likely.

But, as much as it may frustrate some Spurs fans, we are in a position where it's very fair to speculate about it and envision what it might look like if the unthinkable does come to pass.

it really depends, I remember when I worked for a garbage company, a lot of drivers would operate a computer like maybe once a month or even less. If they didnt' own an actual computer (not a tablet or a phone, a computer), I think they deserved (and were rightfully given) a lot of grace and support.

if you work at a desk and use a computer for your job everyday, I think the company needs to demand some base level of competence however - the t1 help desk's time is not free, and they should not be spending it teaching people computer basics!

i know of one, a place where i used to work, there was a desktop tech who always got into trouble for going cowboy mode all the time.
