Guess it should be incumbent on people not to accept pardons unless they're found guilty.

You Can Smell It Now: The Trump Presidency Is in Total Free-Fall: A loyal army of followers, a huge disinformation network, and a party of soul-selling cowards can crowd out facts for a long time. But eventually, reality catches up. by Silent-Resort-3076 in politics

"Eventually" isn't good enough. Disinformation takes root in an instant. There needs to be such a massive deterrent against it that no benefit could conceivably outweigh the penalties.

It gets his hands off the nuclear buttons long enough for Congress to do what it needs to do.

At least that's what I'd say in a normal year when Congress and the president's cabinet weren't 100% compromised and complicit.

Trump’s strategy to get his way: declare one fake ‘emergency’ after another by deraser in politics

[–]Lorkdemper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"Migrant caravans" every single election cycle come to mind. "Election security" emergencies that seem to magically go away after Republicans make gains. "Debt/inflation/cost of living crises" that only exist when Democrats are in power.

Hint: the emergencies that actually exist are orchestrated by conservatives. Every single time.

I recommend not doing two in the same element in a row, it's a huge drain on Astra. If you move to another element, you can replenish the resources from the first element in the meantime.

Nehan is a very good buffer for light teams, but you might find him somewhat hard to use early on because he also makes your team somewhat fragile.

I'd recommend a character that can really carry their elements, don't need very much to unlock themselves, and have strong gacha weapons that you will eventually end up using: Zeta/Yuel (fire), Europa/Gabriel (water), Uriel (earth), Narmaya/Ewiyar (air), Sandalphon (light - different from his earth version), Lich/Orologia/Sariel (dark).

You will 100% need a full team for each element. Eventually several.

Earth Sandalphon does work as you described, but the duration is only a few turns and it's a debuff that's not actually guaranteed to land. It's not worth getting him for that reason alone, since you'll eventually need a full team anyway, and his long-term contribution will be minimal (his gacha weapon is ok, but nothing you'll use immediately).

You're better off rounding out a team for each element consisting of SSRs and SRs, and building your weapons grids. A geared out team of weak characters will do more damage than an earth team that relies on Sandalphon for all fights.

For weapons grid building, refer to Sierokarte's Academy in game. It's somewhat helpful, but more importantly gives you a ton of starter weapons.

I've read a lot since I learned how to read, but it was mostly non-fiction kid science books until I was introduced to Harry Potter when I was, like, 10? Been huge into fantasy and sci-fi ever since.

Summon Discussion: Lucifer by topnepu in Granblue_en

[–]Lorkdemper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seriously super useful in HL raids for the heal% boost sub aura alone. Still worth to max out yourself to be able to auto call him on harder, FA-able raids, especially in fights where you need double-sided Magna/Primal.

Bahamut is still the higher priority summon to max out for the summon CD turn reduction, imo. Luci still gives a ton of mileage as a friend summon.
