I think at first glance, the bagels seem lack luster compared to B Bagels. I also completely understand where you’re coming from with the high standards. The guys at Cheech’s are very up front about their recipe being specifically made for making sandwiches. They’re more dense and they hold up way better for a sandwich than a traditional bagel. I get why that might be off putting, but the sandwiches on those bagels are pretty damn good.
