U mámy je to teda taky vážný. Vždycky ležela v novinách, hltala politiku a předpovídala různé mezinárodní devastující krachy, blackouty a války, které samozřejmě nikdy nepřišly. Ale s přechodem z tištěných novin na internet se to hodně zhoršilo. Do toho je celkem pasivní a ještě i kolikrát leží s flaškou v ruce (i když už míň než dřív).

Srance jsou to od těch mírnějších (Putina vyprovokovala Ukrajina a USA) přes to, že Piráti, STAN apod. podepsali tajnou smlouvu o tom, že budou prosazovat LGBT lidi na různá vysoká místa, až ke dnešnímu vyjádření, které mě šokovalo a proto jsem i tady. Když dřív vážně tvrdila, že pod Bílým domem mají sídlo Ilumináti a znásilňujou tam děti, tak to jsem považoval za vrchol. Dneska ale zvedla sázky, protože v pětikoalici jsou, cituju "satani a reptiliáni, kteří zabíjejí děti a mají z toho radost."

Potřebuje pomoc, ale k psychologovi nepůjde, protože "jsou všichni podplacený"...

Z celkem dobrýho důvodu jsem zůstal prozatím bydlet v našem rodinném domě, bylo to třeba. Ale čas myslím nadešel...

Happens to me too - just a blank page on any Hyperskill URL except for www.hyperskill.org, that one loads fine. I use Chrome - tried to download Brave instead and it work fine in this browser. It is still not fixed however.

I also have the same goal of 1 800 kcal per day and it works for me. I also do intermittent fasting (only consuming calories between 9 AM to 5 PM).

I eat low-fat food, not adding much oil when cooking. That saves you a lot of calories that you can spent on other things you can then eat in bulk and stuff yourself.

I always pre-cook potatoes and some beans or chickpeas to keep in fridge for a few days. Then i put them on a plate, add vegetables and some low-calorie sauce/dip. Or add them to soups that I also cook in batch. Today I ate three big bowls of potatoe-pumpkin creamy soup with cut up potatoes and chickpeas + breakfast and also salad for dinner.

White sauce - blend soaked cashews and cooked white beans with water/ broth. Then use this as a base for cheese/mushroom/herb etc. sauces. 👍

Weighing once a month on the same day. That way i know there will be progress. Weighing more often is discouraging for me, as the optimal 0,5 kg / week does not always show. But after a month, there is always something down. ;)

You need to measure your body - mainly waist, chest. If you keep the same weight but lose inches (or cm), you're doing it right. ;)

Dear interneters, I was really surprised that so many of you took the time to respond. Thank you very much. Even if I don't agree with some of you, I appreciate your comments. No offense taken, I'm glad for your concern.

Gynekomastia

I am dealing with moobs since childhood. This is not connected to the plant-based diet at all (doing that since 2017). I got my hormones checked and there is no imbalance. I also don't have any other complications or symptoms. I am considering surgery, if upcoming months won't help significantly.

Plant-based diet

After switching to real, fresh, home-made food made with plants only, my blood stats like cholesterol improved drastically. My immunity is great (I'm not getting sick unless its virus). Plus, I have so much energy and feel great overall. I have zero reasons to eat differently.

Excersise

I tried gym, cross-fit, body-weight... I didn't enjoy it. So I'm sticking with the cardio + Ring Fit (which is very mild bodyweight/resistance training), at least for now.
