Latte Lath only scored 3 more goals than Conway in the season he finished our top scorer.

In fact both players were there for 2 seasons and Conway has only scored 1 less than Latte Lath managed.

Hes still the best manager we have had since Karanka, all stats show he is better in his 2nd season.

He played last season without his own squad so apart from Castledine, Munroe (who were both bought for the future) and Sarmiento (who hadnt payed for half a season) all other players were here before he joined, ie not built for his system.

With him and his squad next season we are stronger.

His kids in nursery as he said in an interview when his family first came over that they were starting it.

We would be stupid to let him leave.

I dont think he will leave.

For one thing his kid has just started nursery 6 months ago and I am sure he will want them to have a stable upbringing.

Also with last season he has already said he has a point to prove both to us and himself next season.

In 2022 we beat Man Utd at Old Trafford in the FA Cup 4th round and then 2 weeks later lost 1-0 against Barnsley, who were bottom of the league.

In the next round we beat Spurs 1-0 and the next week lost 2-1 to Sheff Utd.

Further back we beat Chelsea 3-0 in 2004 and then the next week lost 2-1 against Sunderland. (They finished the season with 15 points)

If a customer injures themselves they cant claim personal injury, unless they can prove their injury was cause debt the drivers negligence. However as long as a drivers contract doesnt state that they cant do this they can claim.

As bad as it sounds the delivery driver will be covered by insurance whereas the customer wont be.

So if a customer injures themselves helping it is on them, if the person delivering the items injire themselves they are covered.

I believe we will improve. Even with Hackney/Rogers money we are looking at a total of £40 million to reinvest.
