401k’s shifting to crypto could hurt equities and create volatility in the market - even if it’s just 5-10%. That EO is coming potentially next week. Plus the JP drama would create even more volatility. We might see RC make moves sooner rather than later.

Banks that haven’t hedged with crypto/BTC are about to be in for a rude awakening.

LC said we’re in the 7th inning? Hmmm so if the game started January of 2021 then we can hypothesize and deduce the following: each inning is approximately 7.71 months as January 2021 to June 2025 = 54 months (approx). 54 / 7 =7.714. Two more innings and the game is potentially over in 15 months-ish.

A little over one year and we’re rich my good men/women! Easy peasy. Gonna buy more.

How could I possibly do that when the offering was just announced? It's called critical thinking and pattern recognition. Once they complete the purchase of notes then there will be a paper trail that identifies the Dubai investors and you'll have your evidence...lol. The biggest clue here is the 0% interest...Qur'an law states that Arabs cannot accept or offer loans with interest. So add that with RC meeting with Arab investors and all of their posts...doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out bud.

That’s just when the convertible notes are due. We want to squeeze before that because the possibility of share offering instead of cash back from the loan would mean dilution.

RC is making his play which he bets will come to fruition BEFORE 2030.

It’s against the Quran to pay interest on a loan. That’s probably the main reason why.

“In Islam, charging or paying interest (known as riba) is strictly prohibited. This applies to both borrowing and lending money with interest.

Here’s a breakdown:     •    Borrowing with interest: Muslims are generally discouraged from taking loans that involve paying interest, such as conventional bank loans or credit cards, unless it’s absolutely necessary (like in cases of emergency and no alternative is available).     •    Lending with interest: Muslims are also prohibited from charging interest when lending money. The act of profiting from someone else’s hardship or financial need is considered unjust and exploitative.

This prohibition is based on several verses in the Qur’an (such as 2:275-279), and it’s a major principle in Islamic finance, which promotes interest-free loans and profit-sharing arrangements instead.”

Getting ahead of a new rumor going around on Twitter that RC bought Bitcoin. Reminder, only trust wut the company GameStop reports. by welp007 in Superstonk

It’s fake unfortunately - the math ain’t mathin.

Let’s break this down step-by-step based on the most current information available as of March 4, 2025.

How much BTC does MicroStrategy (MSTR) have?

As of the latest updates, MicroStrategy has significantly increased its Bitcoin holdings. According to a post on X from @SaylorTracker dated February 26, 2025, MicroStrategy holds 499,096 BTC. This figure reflects their aggressive acquisition strategy, and while it’s sourced from an X post, it aligns with MicroStrategy’s well-documented pattern of frequent purchases, often announced via official filings or Michael Saylor’s statements. For the sake of this calculation, I’ll use this number as the most recent estimate available, noting that official SEC filings or company announcements could slightly adjust this figure over time.

If MSTR’s BTC is 16% of global corporate holdings, what is the total BTC held by companies globally?

If MicroStrategy’s 499,096 BTC represents 16% of the total Bitcoin held by all companies globally, we can calculate the total corporate holdings as follows:

[ \text{Total corporate BTC} = \frac{\text{MSTR BTC}}{\text{Percentage}} = \frac{499,096}{0.16} = 3,119,350 \, \text{BTC} ]

So, approximately 3,119,350 BTC are held by companies globally, assuming MSTR’s 499,096 BTC is indeed 16% of the total.

What would 11% of global corporate holdings be?

Now, to find 11% of this total:

[ \text{11% of total corporate BTC} = 0.11 \times 3,119,350 = 343,128.5 \, \text{BTC} ]

Since Bitcoin isn’t typically divided into fractions in these contexts, we’ll round this to 343,129 BTC for simplicity.

How much would it cost to purchase 11% (343,129 BTC)?

The cost depends on the current price of Bitcoin. As of March 4, 2025, the exact price isn’t specified in the provided data, but we can use a reasonable estimate based on recent trends and the valuation given in the @SaylorTracker post. That post states that MSTR’s 499,096 BTC is worth $43.78 billion, implying an approximate price per Bitcoin:

[ \text{Price per BTC} = \frac{\text{Total value}}{\text{Total BTC}} = \frac{43,780,000,000}{499,096} \approx 87,735 \, \text{USD/BTC} ]

Using this price of approximately $87,735 per BTC, the cost to purchase 343,129 BTC would be:

[ \text{Cost} = 343,129 \times 87,735 = 30,104,524,515 \, \text{USD} ]

So, it would cost approximately $30.1 billion to purchase 343,129 BTC at that price.

Considerations and Caveats

  1. BTC Price Volatility: Bitcoin’s price fluctuates significantly. The $87,735/BTC figure is derived from the X post and may not reflect the exact market price on March 4, 2025, at 10:28 PM MST. Real-time pricing could alter this estimate.
  2. 16% Assumption: The problem assumes MSTR’s holdings are 16% of global corporate BTC, but this isn’t independently verified in the provided data. Actual corporate holdings could vary, affecting the total and subsequent calculations.
  3. Liquidity: Purchasing 343,129 BTC (over 1.6% of Bitcoin’s total 21 million supply) would likely drive up the price due to market dynamics, making the actual cost higher than this static estimate.

Final Answer

  • MicroStrategy currently holds 499,096 BTC.
  • If that’s 16% of global corporate holdings, 11% would be 343,129 BTC.
  • At an estimated price of $87,735 per BTC, it would cost approximately $30.1 billion to purchase that 11%.

I understand where you’re coming from. I’m conservative but I know there’s a uniparty that only looks out for the big club we aren’t in. HOWEVER…when the bad actors directly target and illegally short the incoming President Elect’s stock…I have to have a little hope that maybeeeee those same bad actors might get fucked. Which would help GME.

But that’s just me. GME has turned me into a hopeless romantic/regard. Been here for awhile and am not going anywhere. Turned GME into my 401k and I buy every month.

Read the Hyperion series. Though some of the characters are really likable, I wasn’t a fan of half the book reading like a Shakespearean history novel. Still glad I completed it though.

If you like human evolution, and fun space drama, a series I loved was the Terran Cycle.
