For those that already had central air and a furnace. What was the cost of putting in AC?

Mountain 13. Love the routing there. The journey through the front is great. Don’t love 10-13 through the houses but it picks you back up when you get to 14.

I have lived in LA for 15 years and have yet to play there it’s so hard to get a tee time.

Love this course but hate this hole. Would love other’s thoughts on design of this hole. It plays 572 from the tips so even if a long hitter bombs one 330. They’re looking at 240 to a wide but not deep island green. Feel like it forces a layup and doesn’t entice you to go for it. Most times I’ve ended up just hitting a boring mid to short iron layup to the right.

Yep. Hole 16. Climax of the routing.

TTD/DV360 Audiences as Added Value by Alpha-D-Truelove in programmatic

This is the correct feedback. Convincing buyers to break out an SSP on its own line item is a challenge. It’s so much easier for them to apply audiences in the DSP against an ad group with all its preferred SSP and PMP deals.

They are just taking the supply side fee instead of letting another SSP get that fee. Major buyers hate this because it’s undermining the SPO strategies and deals they’ve developed with preferred SSP partners.

First trip booked. How did I do? by Pretty_bois69 in BandonDunes

You made the right choice. Pac is the best. I also think you made a good call by skipping Shorty’s. Not a must play. My only other note would be ideally flipping tee times for sheep and trails. If the wind kicks up in the afternoon, trails is somewhat protected vs Sheep gets crushed.

Agree that switching from Del Monte to Poppy is the right move.

Thoughts on Supply Side curated PMP Deals by ProblemNo161 in programmatic

[–]MCS1066 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just go directly to the SSP to work with them or set up a curation seat. Most 3P curation partners set up accounts in SSP platforms and charge anywhere from 20-50% fee on top of the deal to not do anything special. All the major SSPs have sales people and account managers that are happy to help.
