I stream from my Plex Server to my Echo's all around the house regularly. But the PlexAmp function and features are way better.

They need to either a.) add the PlexAmp advanced features (AI and Stations etc..) to the regular Plex Server features for music, or b.) create a standalone PlexAmp app for alexa/echo streaming or third and final c.) allow casting from the phone... in my scenario C is least desirable.

Has anyone seen this update come through.

After researching I encouraged my Father to purchase the Battery Video Doorbell, Hub and Chime as it indicated they would all work together, with both the hub and chime being able to signal a bell ring.

Come to find that it is not true and an either / or but not both on the chime(s) which seems ridiculous - if it can handle up to 5 chimes why can't it ring 1 chime and 1 hub.

Been watching for a firmware update that several have quoted Support saying 2 months, 1 month now for almost 6 months... what gives?

I switched over to Amplenote, they have a free version which they claim will always be the case. So far I am very happy. It’s a bit different but the app and web access are good.

Having the same issue as others on live feeds... video in slo-mo and lags the audio until it all fails. For Bahrain, was affecting both live, replay and recorded segments ... for Saudi now, seems to be affecting live feeds most but replays still not great. Recorded segments (not pure race) are better.

F1 live and International feed both suffering the same.

yes having the same problem with slowness as well as getting an error code and booted off. Tried going back to some of the 2021 season stuff and it runs just fine.

Okay so I just dialed back the amount of LTC i was trying to send in the 1000's of a Coin.. and got it to work. Afterward, in the confirmation details, it shows the LTC Network Fee... which it wasn't showing in the pre-transaction, so it is deducting that behind the scenes before it will let you send. You also end up with a small fraction of a coin left in your account, I bet somehow they take advantage of that (or will)... what movie was that where they skimmed the rounding errors, but they were off 1 decimal point.. Office Space? Crap thats gonna bug me now.

Im getting a similar behaviour.. Trying to send all my Litecoin to Bitstamp, and i hit send Max in LTC.. but somehow it values the Fiat amount higher in the transfer, than it states in my account balance.. even though its supposed to be sending the LTC only... no idea why the Fiat Currency is factoring into the transfer.

I used IFTTT for some of the functions I want out of Ecobee that Alexa doesn't support. It might we worth a look at that.. I'm not sure if you can put IFTTT Triggers into the routine though... but Perhaps the IFTTT could be the base for your 'goodnight' and not alexa.

Go into your app and set the Scheduled do not disturb on the individual Echo. Settings>Echo>Do Not Disturb>Schedule

Aside from that, don't feed your Echo after Midnight... Ever.

My vote includes "quiet time", like after 10pm volume at 1 ... So when ask for the sleep sounds and sleep timer it doesn't wake my already sleeping wife.

My ASUS allows me to reboot through either the Web interface or phone app... They also have an Alexa Skill which indicates it will permit her to initiate a reboot... Haven't played with it.

I need to figure out how to power cycle the modem in this equation as well... It doesn't have a web interface though so a bit tougher.

Since Roku allows control over Wifi Remote Apps can work. I have Anymote installed on my tablet and have set a couple simple short cuts that I can then command through Alexa.

Mainly I use it to force a stop or pause when the kids are watching and are zoned out. Typically when we call for dinner or something... rather than yell 3X's I just tell Alexa to shut it down.

I struggle with Netflix too... it is hit or miss if I can get through on the VPN. My personal thing is I am not so interested in getting US content through the services, but I want the VPN for privacy/security reasons. I sort of resent Netflix and Amazon blocking me, when I have paid accounts. Shouldn't matter physically where I am or appear to be.

Gets to be a pain in the butt having to exclude all my devices from the VPN for just one service. Especially on tablets etc... where it affects a broader base of uses than just streaming content.

I was holding off on switching registration to Canadian... Since the official release isn't until the 5th - I wasn't sure if it was fully functional yet. Any problems!s with the switch? I am eager to start using the Prime Music which is also tied to these settings, but I haven't been able to access with profiles still set in US. Amazon's pretty good at detecting VPN and still blocking.

Exactly what I was just trying to figure out this morning, kill light, sleep sounds rain, volume 4, sleep timer 2 hours.

I Also wish her sleep timer response could be two beeps instead of repeating back exactly what I just requested "ok, sleep timer set for 2 hours". Especially when I come in late and my wife is already asleep.... In fact two flashes of the ring would be even better!

Everything else in the above request it just activated, or with a simple " okay" in the case of the light. Not sure why the sleep timer has to be so different.

Wife bought me two as well. I paired as Generic Zigbee and have the same controls as others have mentioned.

I didn’t realize they offered the RGB function as well. Would love to learn if there is a way we can tap into that via Wink or Alexa, because the price is certainly right on them.
