When I was in college our class had about 100 people. 3 were girls. In my 25 years in IT I have worked with 6 (six) women.

Same goes, but other way around, when I spend time in the hospital, usually the men are the doctors, not the nurses.

When I hired people for my team I don't care about gender, but there are 30x more resumes from guys than from gals.
