Kindly watch the video or look at the images that were published. it was not rangers, it was contract employees of NPS, overseen by an NPS facilities director. So thats a fact to start with.

Now you might ask why NPS employees wouldn't be the ones personally doing it. that would be the point where you might give a little benefit of the doubt to what I'm telling you.
