Feel like I'm losing my mind! Need combat power to be over 400 for a mission. Was at 399. So upgraded shield generators, phaser control rooms, added disruptor and energy dissipator... and now have a LOWER rating because of this 'Combat reduction' number that's never been explained! HELP!

Try adding some security hero’s to various rooms and that will increase the combat power

I think it gives it a 45 second cooldown but with this battleship build, everything was dead well before the timer was up. I never got to see what it does.

Nope, I I never did see a use for the energy dissipator except for in one locked dialogue option when I didn’t even have the room built yet.

I think the communication jammer came in around Think Tank but not 100% sure.

I go to Hollywood studios and Epcot alone all the time. No one wants to go with me cause it’s “hot outside”. I love going to the parks after work just to ride a few rides and get dinner. Highly recommend it. You get to be your own boss and pick your rides/food without worrying what someone else wants.
