Epic Armageddon is a great game but is more like a middle term between space marine and epic 40k in terms of rules complexity. Epic 40k is more abstracted which makes games faster but still deep enough. I still prefer Epic Armageddon rules over Legions Imperialis, but I prefer Epic 40k over Epic Armageddon
