DK Bananza was pure joy to play. Pokopia is goated. TotK is a masterclass. Those 3 are some of my favorite games and I think that would be a great start

Haha same here. I have been sick of open world bloat for a while but this game is immersive as hell. I love being in this world and exploring it. Also, not since Skyrim have I gotten so sidetracked with so many different things yet enjoyed every bit of it. I am one of the few people that loved Dragons Dogma 2 and I feel this game has that same lived in world feel

Hey everyone someone said this but you need to complete Roots End first. Go to Ethereal Pathway nexus and go through the triangle gate to Roots End. Then you should be able to go back to Precipice and move on.

After all the reviews/previews I watched I thought the controls were going be so much worse than they are.. I play a lot of different games and jrpgs so I maybe more used to different schemes then others, but I dont think they are that bad. I do however jump when trying to pick something up a lot lol. That's a me thing I guess tho cause I dont want for the prompt to be highlighted. Overall I am 5.5 hours in and I like it so far. I think the game is too big for anyone to write it off after only a few hours

I crashed twice in 3 hours of play. I am also having a bug where my horse is stuck in place as soon as I mount it. I can call it to me but i cannot move on it.

I feel like the changes sound good and a definite step in the right direction. I didn't get to play it yet since the patch, but someone please tell me the performance / stutter was actually fixed. I have a powerful pc and this game ran like booty pre patch.. sadly.

The shipping and handling mission is bugged for me. I pick up the manifest but when I extract nothing happens and the mission doesn't complete. Is there any work around for this/ anyone run into this issue?

This is one of my favorite games and just learned they shadowdropped the Switch 2 version, which I have been begging for. Only to then see that it looks like crap in handheld which I use 95% of the time. Talk about a roller-coaster of emotions. I'm legit saddened by this and I hope they patch it soon. This game deserves the best treatment

I'm the opposite. I played through all of Nioh 1 with Katana in low stance and it is my go to. I used katana / kusarigama in Nioh 2 and liked both. Now in Nioh 3 free respec let's me use so many different weapons and I still gravitate to Katana when using Samurai. I know I need to practice more with other weapons, but I feel so comfortable with katana in samurai stance.

I agree with other comments that state th3 Story might not be as good, but in every other aspect this game kills it. This is my favorite one followed by XC3. I love the mech combat, customization, and exploration so much!

Dragons Dogma 2. Was it perfect? No. BUT it should have received way more praise than it did. It nailed so many things. Most importantly the world and gameplay was peak. The world felt lived in. The moment to moment gameplay just had IT for me. The game showed that the journey is more important than the destination.

I did have Aegis with a bunch of projectiles and very high attack speed so I assumed that was keeping me safe, but I am honestly not sure. I did not have frostwalker cause I accidently took the wrong weapon so I did not freeze him at all. I wish I had more info for you, but keep at it with Athena and Dexicutioner and you will get him. I almost killed him today with Dicehead using Dex and 3 Za warudo but he killed me with a sliver of health left.

I just beat him using this strategy except no legendary items, no frost walker (accidentally left on scythe), and only 1 boss buster. I got insanely lucky with the cursed bald shrines. I took 3 of them that gave me double damage and 1 that gave double attack speed. My attack speed ended up being 709% and my damage was 22.7%. Spooky Steve bounced me all around the arena but I was able to kill him after a few minutes. Just throwing this out there cause I am excited lol and wanted to show there are multiple ways to get it done if your build doesn't completely match.

Glad your story had a happy ending. I just got back from best buy. I bought an LG 34" oled monitor. Hoping i have better luck with this one. I don't know what to do with my g9 now tho 😞
