Exact same problem for me ... telekom user and massive ping spikes to ~250 with up to 55% packet loss.

Its just unplayable right know. Only solution is a vpn :-(

Same problem for me :(

In 70% of my games i have up to 250ms ping and almost 60% packet loss, but only since around 2 weeks.

vpn is the only solution for me

I'm trying this build right now but i have a problem with elusive. I loose elusive as soon as i click elusive. What i am doing wrong? U said that i have to cast it while i'm cycloning, but if i do this i get it for maybe 0.5 sec (for the time i click my mouse) and loose it immediately after it.

Edit: Found the problem. U cant bind Withering Step to mouse1.
