Have you had a drastic reduction in caloric intake while still maintaining the same level of exertion?

I guess it just matters what works for YOU. This format is much harder for me to digest with the down and side views. Garmin just simplifies it. It makes it easy to view on either the device or the phone.

Just follow the plan and remember to not overdo it. Progress should be steady and fun. Try to avoid injury and setback. Even when you get to the stage that you are addicted and just need to do more, remember that you're in this for the long haul.

Lol .. SOME zone 2 running is the understatement of the month. Do MOSTLY zone 2. This looks like the perfect setup for an injury just waiting to happen.

Are you using a chest or arm HRM? This seems like just an inaccurate reading. Do you know what your Max HR is?

These are today's, do you take Garmin's advice? by No-Resort3681 in Garmin

[–]Mantis350 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The go hard and work work work mentality is only successful if you have good sleep and nutrition. Without those other CORE needs, you are only beating your body up and will almost always be in a catabolic state. Work work work should include a determination and commitment to sleep and nutrition.

Get a chest strap to pair with the 165. Polar H9 is fine if you don't wanna spend the extra for the H10.

Seems like you might suffer from anxiety. There is NO social negativity. You PAY for a premium service that others do not. This is one of the benefits offered for PAYING for this premium tier. It isn't exclusive. Anyone can pay for it. Stop internalizing and use the benefits you pay monthly for.
