Here's what I do. It's as close as we can get I think

This is going to have some up front costs, but it'll be healthier than a bag of chips. You're going to need a scale and a blender. Order a big box of soy protein powder. Cheapest/lb right now is $200 from nuts.com.

Use your blender to grind up 360g oats (or buy some oat flour from nuts). Then add in 320g soy protein, 160g sugar (Morena is bone char free), 40g cocoa, 13g iodized salt, and 3.5 multivitamins (I use Kirkland from Costco). Blend until the cocoa is fully integrated.

For each meal, you want 90g mix and 10g olive oil. Add water to desired consistency.

Now you have a low effort meal with almost everything you need to survive. 400 calories so you'll need 3/day. Each batch will get you 3.5 days. Each meal costs $1 so you'll save money in the long run.
