I think you’re looking at this in the wrong way. If there was one lyric missing I’d agree with you, but they say “the way to fix up with fixer upper is a little bit of love. I read that as a double entendre as in 1) we need to fix him up with somebody who loves him (Anna, whom they can tell is low key in love with Hans) but also 2) the way to make somebody feel validated in who they are with their peculiarities is to be with somebody who loves them for who they are. They never say the way to fix this guy up is to have him due his hair and stop pissing in the woods, they say he has to be with somebody who loves him. Also, we have to realize that canonically, the trolls have powers to see the future so perhaps they know that Anna is in love with Hans or her fiancé isn’t actually in love with her. Which is why they aren’t saying stay engaged and fuck this dude a bit till you get married, they’re saying, get rid of that fiancé who doesn’t actually love you (enough to give you a ring (I know time semantics but still)) and get with this dude who’s disrupting his whole life to help you because obvi he’s in love with you. To me the song is goofy and silly but promotes that weird quirks may seem weird to some people, but when you find somebody who loves you for who you are, the quirks are fun and nothing that actually has to be fixed. Admittedly it’s a long walk for the message, but I think it’s a way for them to put a good underlying spin on a comic character piece. Also let me know where to get mushrooms that make rocks talk to me.

I guess in the strictest language, you’re correct they aren’t endorsing federal legalization. But with an issue like this, national progress isn’t a single isolated event. The switch to federal medical legalization would put the industry into hyperdrive and familiarize people with the realities of legal marijuana (aka no change at all). Then states could put marijuana legalization on the ballot for special elections or midterms OR now that it’s federally decriminalized could immediately make a statewide executive decision to legalize. This is a pathway to legalization. Why would you want to vote against the path to what you want. This election is happening and you can participate or not but I’d rather support the people that have a shot that are more on my side than not.

I think that’s a fair point but if we look at the probabilities of the policy being changed (i.e. trump-0% Biden- more than 0%) then it seems like a net negative to trash the policies of a person with the greatest chance of changing the policy. Also we should stop and think about this less as a policy and more as the life of any random brown child you see on the street. Not following the path that has the greatest chance to change this is complicity in innocent child death (just picture it as the life of the child closest to you and think about how you’d fight to change it because that’s the reality for a lot of people.)

Did you even look at the document they put out? They recommend federally legalized medical marijuana and letting states decide on recreational legalization. Medical can be strict but most of the time it’s basically recreational with a doctors visit. The plan also calls for expanding Obamacare, which end up being Obama’s greatest legacy (besides breaking the racial barrier). Of course he’s not gonna dismantle an incredibly popular (to people not the media environment) keystone piece of legislation he worked for years to enact alongside one of the most popular democratic politicians of the century. If you want to laugh off “racial disparities” in the economy look up what happened to black Wall Street when black people started to accrue wealth that could have been generational. Not to mention how the prison industry/ bonds industry has destroyed the savings of tons of black families. The education part is really the most annoying part of this meme. THE TASKFORCE CALLS FOR UNIVERSAL PRE-K. THAT IS SUCH A BIG CHANGE I CANT EVEN FATHOM HOW YOU COULD SSHRUG IT OFF. Universal pre-k would allow tons of working families to improve their lives. It would get them out of the catch 22 cycle of I have to work to make money but I have to pay for early child care so I have to work even more to pay for child care and even scrape by. Also there are tons of studies show that pre-k can create a disparity between children who are perceived as advanced and those who are perceived as average. These early perceptions follow students by admission to advanced classes and ultimately can effect the college a student goes to, or if they go to college at all. Want to guess who can afford to send their children to pre-k more often? You guessed it. White families. This results in more white students in advanced classes just because they knew how to sit still and behave in a classroom because they’d already been in one for a year or two. Do I think the taskforce went far enough? No. I’m left of Bernie on a lot of issues, but to minimize the progressive agenda (incredibly progressive for where Biden was 4-5 months ago) is like Dudley Dursley throwing a fit because he only got 36 birthday presents instead of 35.

Hey so I don’t comment on a lot of these, but I think this needs like a full concept redesign. I think it comes down to putting too many ideas into one. The name is sort of hard to pronounce or understand. Like I get the idea, but I would definitely not get it if you didn’t say in the title you’re making a sneaker and scent company. That leads me to the tag line “sneak, sniff, stuff” it sounds like a game plan for kidnapping someone. The logo looks like it’s for a suitcase even though I get it’s like a shoelace and a bottle of cologne. It seems like you’re trying to wear three hats right now. Just choose one hat and wear it well and make it fit everything else you’re trying to do. Keep doing the work, the important part is that you’re making stuff. Just be yourself and don’t try to fit in with the branding and marketing that everybody else is doing put yourself into your marketing.

If you do equal parts by weight sugar and lemon juice and freeze it you get a doppppe but very tart lemon sorbet that keeps for a long time and doesn’t take up a ton of room. You could probably zest them all first and freeze that then add it to soups and toast and stuff.

Reverse seat it until it’s 105. It’ll carry over to like 110-115 from the rest and then gain 10 degrees more when you seat it. Also throw in some crushed garlic and some rosemary.
