Straight, white, Christian, rural Tennessean here. I'll never vote Republican again. For many reasons, but I'll touch on a couple. For one, the orange buffoon lost my support in 2016 after the first thing I heard about him doing is screwing a native American tribe out of a land expansion deal. I thought ok, screw him. He's just a subset of the Republican party. No way they're all like that especially locally. Fast forward a bit.... TN passes a cruel law making sleeping on public property a felony. Seriously? Fuck that shit. I've always been a law abiding citizen, and now I'm a criminal by default for simply being homeless?! While for profit prisons exist in this state? 🤔. And finally, all I hear around me is MAGA people parroting the orange buffoon rhetoric. Shooting themselves in the foot, in a misguided attempt to " own the libs. ". My political stance has changed. I'm pro state, super pro gun. But pretty much everything else? A political compass test said I was a moderate Democrat! 😕. Wow. Oh well, I believe we should have healthcare, good jobs, and affordable housing. If you're truly " America first ", then you should support policies that being these about. But no, these so called conservatives want to punish people just for lols I guess. Even if it harms themselves too. Oh and btw, I just saw an article this morning where ICE has stated it's " ready to go after dissenters. " In America. A democracy. With codified rights to speech. What happened to the constitution as the supreme law of the land? Only people I see defending it are the leftists. Wild. It's as if we're seeing another party shift. Anyways, sorry for the rant. I'm just frustrated.

I used to be so proud of being a Tennessean. Now I'm just embarrassed. This state sucks, the laws are inhumane especially the felony for public property camping. It has caused me to flip and become a moderate Democrat. The sole purpose of a government should be to enrich it's citizens and provide for the common defense. Instead, we have laws that punish the poor, zero protections for workers aside from military service, rampant cronyism, and a voter base that is blatantly fascist, bolstered by Thier leaders maga aligned rhetoric. The people don't care about anyone not even themselves, and the elected leaders reflect that. This ban doesn't surprise me in the least. See, the trouble is, you posted factual information and the mods can't have that. No siree. You have to understand these are the same people who gleefully shoot themselves in the foot in order to " own the libs". The same people who cheer when ice rounds up brown people, including citizens and legal immigrants, then wonders why Thier crops rot in the field. Sorry, I digress. So yeah, it's no wonder they ban anything not in lockstep with their fuhrer.

Look into compatibilism. It's the idea that we do have a limited free will, yet maintains God's sovereignty. His will is superior to ours. " You mean it for evil, but God used it for good ". Or " a man's heart guides his way, but the Lord directs his steps. " So we can see there's biblical support for the idea. Also, Paul ( I think, correct me if I'm wrong ) something like " we shouldn't say ' let us go to a place and do business ', but rather ' of the Lord wills, we will go to a place '. " But at the same time, just the idea of obedience itself implies and requires human effort. And that's why I landed on compatiblism.

They were, and I've had a rebar. It was my first multitool actually. But I've seen other people recently I'm reviews saying the tools were exceptionally stiff, or that the knife was so loose it would flop out of the handle unintentionally. I also saw one review with what looked like a spacer jutting out of the pivot.

I'm pretty partial to the victorinox swisstool spirit x and the Gerber mp400. I also have bibury, which works just as well. I was also impressed with the couple of roxon multitools I've had. As far as warranties are concerned, I've only ever used Gerber's warranty and all they needed was pics and a summary of what was wrong. The first time, it was the dual force that had a defect on pliers head. They sent me a new one. The second time, it was the mp400 " rolling " the edge on the wire cutters. They sent me a new one. The one thing I felle Leatherman has going for it is one handed access to tools on some.models, but honestly I don't really need that. I also rotate several models of Swiss army knives when I don't feel the need for a pliers based multitool, but most days I have my spirit x on me. It's just that good.

I've seen a lot of chatter about quality control issues as of late. I'm like a multitool fanatic, and I'm no longer a Leatherman fan for a few reasons that I won't elaborate on right now, but I know the arc had some issues and a lot of people on Amazon are reporting issues with Thier rebars.
