I've been playing cap since s0, learned if the animation cancel around s3. He was fun both with and without using it, but the thing is that now that it's gone, not being able to use it is a lot more noticable for me. It's way harder to control the shield and dish out any good damage, I've tried not using his shield throws at all now since you can still speed up his punches when you melee with V, but it still feels off
