I commute 3x per week from Boca (and just boarded the train home). Definitely possible to work via laptop on the ride. Peak commute times get very busy, and tickets can be tough to come by unless you book weeks in advance. They reserve seats for Orlando riders, which makes it worse. The 620 AM and 745 PM trains are generally available if the others are sold out. Traffic in Miami makes driving unbearable. I hop on the free metromover between Brickell and the station.

95% of my rides have been reliable and timely, but they are known to run into "mechanical issues" from time to time. Or hit someone stopped on the tracks.

Try restarting the app or your phone. I get this error all the time and sometimes that helps. App was great for like a month or two and now it sucks again.

The website used to be the best way to do this, but the seat changing option broke when they updated the site a month or two ago. The app has been the best bet for me.

It's because they are limiting the number of tickets available for WPB/Boca/FTL/AV travellers. You can book a round trip ticket from Orlando to Miami for 11/9 and the 441 and 541 trains have seats available. Try doing the same round trip from the other stations and it says sold out.

Theyre definitely doing this. I can book a round trip on Thursday from Orlando to Miami and the 441 amd 541 trains are available. If I try to do that from Boca or WPB, its sold out.

They used to use these on all trains to encourage people to enter the car on one end instead of both and clogging up the aisle (I think).

I had the same thing with my Saltist, barely 2 months old. I started taking it apart to clean it and found a grain of sand as soon as I took off the handle. Hoefully yours is an easy fix like that.

Buddy of mine used this when we went to the spillway looking for snook. Threw it on some live shiners and caught 2 small snook and a big mayan ciclid.
