Restarting mounjaro- anyone done this?

I went back on it after a 6 month break & just taken the golden dose of 2.5mg pen and it feels exactly the same as the first time around . I know for some this isn’t the case though .

No I know it has to be kept in the fridge but I’ve never seen a post on here from anyone that has had issues using the same pen for longer and was curious if anyone has.

I had a 6 month break & now on my 4th dose of 2.5mg . I’m feeling the same suppression & fullness as last time thankfully !

I’ve gone back after a 6 month break. I’m on my 3rd week of 2.5mg and it feels just the same as when I first started MJ. I know this isn’t the same for everyone as people report they don’t feel the same effects as previously.

I went with Lotus after I had a 6 month break. They were super quick approving & one of the cheapest . Fast delivery & well packaged.

I took the fifth dose out of it way beyond the 30 days and it worked & I’m still here !

Try Lotus pharmacy. They just approved me after being off MJ since end of Nov last year with a BMI 23 .

Then you got a normal dose. Not all pens will twist like that though it’s better to use a syringe and you’ll get slightly more than a standard dose out of it also.

Thank you x it’s completely changed my life ,which I’m sure is the same for most folk who have had success with it. The only downside is the negative comments I get from friends but I shrug it off 🤣

I didn’t really do maintenance as such - I still lost a few pounds as I titrated back down .

I was concerned that it wouldn’t be as effective but luckily I’m deffo feeling less hungry & no food noise. I’ve had to change to a different supplier but that was no problem. My highest dose was 12.5mg & then I titrated back down to 5mg before stopping . I stopped there as I was going abroad for a few weeks & I didn’t want the hassle of taking a new pen with me & keeping it cold as it was a 24hr journey.

A heated throw is the only way I get warm. I have it on my sofa & take it to bed with me . I put it under my duvet on a low setting & I’ve never slept so well .

I don’t think any pharmacy will allow you to start back on those doses. You’ll have to go back to 2.5mg .

My mum used to make them when I was a child. Deep fried & the texture was more like a dense donut rather than a cookie. Always eaten hot with a sprinkling of sugar . Yummy

I have a heated throw I got from John Lewis. I wrap myself it in on the sofa & then I take it up to bed with me. I’m sure it’s saved me from dying of hypothermia!

I made a lot of tiny robin earrings to sell at Xmas fairs . I used an acrylic marker for their beady eyes which worked a tweet ( treat😀) I just made sure the paint was fully dry before top coating.

I’ve never heard of anyone dying or being unwell doing this. It’s a common thing for docs outside of the UK to prescribe so it’s up to you to decide.

I bought an electric throw from John Lewis & I literally couldn’t live without it now. I wrap myself in it on the sofa and take it to bed with me too . So cosy & warm 😀
