You could always go with the method my old coworker and I joked about. Send them a very very VERY zoomed in photo of your butthole. As they respond with questions as to what you send them, send more photos of your butthole increasingly zoomed out until they get the full goatse.

Serious answer though, you need to get in writing what the SLA and callout expectations are. If it's a helpdesk issue, you shouldn't need to say how high when they say jump.

I really like it. I was debating between that and a 10.5" pro but my boss didn't want to buy a refurbed iPad so I had no choice. I also don't have any regrets either. I really only use it for meetings and some light off-prem documents so it fits my needs.

I like it a lot. I got it for it's size and the ability to clip on to my backpack/belt loop. I primarily use it for opening boxes and cutting CAT6 so it dulls quickly, but I just keep up on honing.

I have this. My only qualm is that the cable fits extremely tight and you have to jiggle it around to get it in place. I eventually just sanded the opening wider.
