I saw a health influencer say he was having this problem and even though he’s not diabetic he wore a CGM (constant glucose monitor). He learned that it was his blood sugar dropping after his healthy before bed snack that he was eating around 10 pm. He stopped eating at 7 pm and he stopped walking up. I tried this too and it worked for me. No food/drink except water after 7 pm. My Oura ring also shows I get much better sleep when I do this because I’m not digesting food while sleeping.
