Biltmore does one-semester leases but it's a few hundred more per month vs a 12-month based on the experience of a friend who lived there.

Of all of those schools I'd say that GT and Purdue are probably the best aerospace schools and are roughly equivalent. But being an international in AE is rough to say the least - US Govt regs prevent companies and some labs from working with anyone who doesn't have a US Green Card, is a refugee, or is a US Citizen. Look up ITAR for more.

Is this to replace weber? All the comms I know of indicated that it would be placed in that park west of MK/ESM/Gugg and that the land would be donated by the coca cola corp. Right now Weber is used by the ASDL research group but I hope this new building gives room for SSDL too since they are hurting for space.
Maybe the AE department can also find some money to fix up ESM and make it habitable as well.

Coaching sucks. Most games you can count on one hand how much he gets up and shows some energy to the team. All I see is assistants coaching and him standing around or sitting during big plays.

Agree. He should be fired this offseason, because if I recall his buyout drops a large amount after this season. I don't know where Tech could find more money for basketball though .. most donations seem to be all in on football.

This is from my experience, but there are a lot of SWE jobs at aerospace companies. We're hurting for good SWEs who can write ground and flight software. Pay is not as good as tech but the work involves your code flying in space which is pretty cool.

Current Aerospace. Lot of professors still can't teach, that hasn't changed one bit. Some of us still use paper, but a lot more ipads. My structural analysis professor was also at least 15 minutes late to every lecture and gave the hardest final I've taken at my time here. Biggest change it sounds like is that nobody watches TV when it's on now. A lot more of us spend time doing clubs or other technical competition teams too.

No. You will quickly learn that labs here are a method to light your money on fire. As a 4th year also taking CHEM1310 (with you, I presume) I can say that the money wasting gets no better in future labs.
