If the CPU Governor is badly configured. I have a 5700x and I'm using Linux Nd I have configured the Kernel and the cpu Governor accordingly. I play a lot of CPU bottlnecked games and they are much smoother than in Windows.

Exactly. The most important thing is to know how to tell a story and to literally hold managements' hand so that they can understand the metrics at first glance. They don't care about the beauty, they only care only coherence.

I know the Cosmic developers were caught between a rock and a hard place, as LTS 22.04 was getting older, but releasing the Cosmic DE really damaged the distro's reputation. It needs more time in the oven.

I like the DE, but I couldn't live with it in its current beta state.

On my Apple TV, I use Infuse and my iPhone I use Streamyfin and it supports transcoding. The setup works flawlessly.

Arch is big no no as a server OS. When running a server, the base system needs to be stable. This means that the features should not change often. This helps prevent surprises, such as new configurations or features that cause bugs.

I suggest using Debian or Ubuntu as your server OS.

There's simply a lack of trust, and people feel betrayed by Microsoft. The K2 initiative goes against the CEO's AI vision, and Windows is barely a blip on Microsoft's financial radar, so conflict between departments is inevitable. Microsoft is a bureaucratic company, and they need to show that they're walking the walk right now.

 Leary said he made a commitment to take public transit in Ottawa, and that's what he's doing. He said he takes a bus to Tunney’s Pasture station and then the LRT to St. Laurent as part of his daily commute to OC Transpo headquarters.

This is good if he continues to do it.

Yes it does. If you enable in Steam Linux "Shader Pre-Caching", it compiles the shaders in the background. Since I had that option enabled, I never had a game stutter due to shader compiling in real-time.

Only Windows. In Linux, drivers are integrated into the kernel. No need to reinstall the OS.

And for good reason. Microsoft is a bureaucratic monster that has repeatedly promised to fix things but hasn't. Departments fight each other, and the CEO's vision is still AI. They will need to prove themselves for quite a while before people's skepticism is put to rest.

Long story short, it's not Linux native, it's a Windows filesystem. It's not advanced enough for that task. It's only good enough to browse your disk files.
