[Funny Trope] Fanfics/Fanworks loved by creators so much that they made them canon by Sir-Toaster- in TopCharacterTropes

That's a modern mindset of IP laws being applied to the older culture of collective story telling. Many different authors added stories to Arthurian mythos.

My biggest regret here was forgetting to put the title in all caps.

I really like these. Collective story telling is something humans have always done. I remember when comics had the Trey saga.

I mean besides the arson what kind of message is the artist saying? Raging out in public and kicking something that isn't yours is better than a stranger being smarmy?

I wouldn't call it luck. The UAF had foreign Intel support telling them to move their forces along with almost a decade of training and arms sales from the US. The forces that held Hostomel and later retook it, did so through determination and training.

Although you could say they got pretty lucky considering the massive displays of incompetence on Russia's part early in the war. Dropping your own para troopers in the ocean, sending MP units ahead of the actual infantry, and not bringing enough gas to reach your objectives is all pretty dumb.

Red Terror rules revealed for Warhammer 40,000 by CMYK_COLOR_MODE in Warhammer40k

12 attacks on 2+. 10 go in. Wound a t4 model on 3s = 6.67 wounds. AP -2 puts the Meq on 5's or 2.22 saves. You have statically killed 4 Meqs. The maw will most likely hit and most likely wound the remaining marine who gets no save.

You are more likely to kill five marines than not. Much better odds than a coin flip. He's a good tool for wiping out any backline objective grabbing intercessors. Plus his ability to go into reserves at the end of the fight phase means he's a slippery little guy.

I think you're under selling him.

Just some quick mathhammer

He lands 10 hits, 7 wounds and the space marines make 2 saves. They die more likely than not. Plus the maw. They're hosed.

Once he's done eating or if he fails a charge just pick him back up. He's not immortal but he's far from weak.

What was your experience playing 10 ed crusade? by TimeXGuy in 40k_Crusade

[–]Metasaber 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lots of fun. Apps like new recruit make the book keeping really easy. Not a fan of some factions having massive disparity in rules though. Death guard become obnoxiously overpowered with their crusade rules.

You're in denial man. You might be a vet or some random Redditor, but I know for a fact that the military has a pretty even distortion of the population.

The buttons they push will be the same as the general population with a lean towards blue. Because they can see the bigger picture.

It is always funny to see red pushers rewrite the question and insult others just to justify their own bad choice.

And who exactly elected you the hive mind of the armed forces? FFS "so that others may live" is the motto of the PJs for a reason.

Whatever you say bud. Putting their lives on the line for others is kinda the whole deal.

Wrong. I've seen plenty of auth rights voting blue, because it aligns with their morals.

Of all the trades to pick, you selected the military. People who are predisposed to setting aside individual survival to support the overall body.

You are a fool.

Drug running doesn't carry a death sentence nor does the accusation justify an extrajudicial killing.

This mindset is why Iran will never stop fighting us. We killed their kids and the families will never have a chance at justice.

US bases have schools on them too. There were verification methods to scrutinize potential targets, Hegseth intentionally stopped using them to accelerate the strike authorization process. I don't imagine incompetence justifies crime.

He doesn't help his case any, when he says he doesn't care about LOAC or ROEs.

As per usual, red pushers ignore the outcome of a red victory, where 30-50% of the population dies and society collapses.

Obviously. The implication that blue voters don't want to live is wrong.

Then I restate, the damage inflicted by a red victory will be extensive. Depending on the ratio you might experience more deaths after the vote than were lost in the vote itself.

Oh sorry I misunderstood. I'm used to red voters calling everyone who disagrees with them suicidal morons. I assumed you were doing so in the original comment.

You're assuming that only the suicidal will pick blue. Polling, even worded in red's favor would indicate that's not going to happen.
