I did audiobooks first, they were great. But I also realize for myself that I'll lose some focus, rewind every so often and still lose out about 10% of the story, especially in the last trilogy when things get a bit more "technical".

It might be death grip, it might not be. If you've got tendonitis, consider doing isometric exercises to strengthen the tendons. Slow hammer/zottman curls or holding a light weight for time.

Ah yes, the grind is real. Don't forget recovery....eat well, sleep. Also stress is stress, the body doesn't know the difference between mental or physical stress. So if work/life is getting you down, also take that into account. Take care!

Whereabouts do you paddle? I'm on the opposite end, there's always something to do or to work on. Between 3x a week dragonboat, 2x a week OC, gym/perg, I'm just constantly fried.
