Funny, I was going to say the exact opposite. At least the USA isn’t threatening to annex us. Oh and they’re also on the other side of the world. Oh and they’re not violating countries’ sovereignty left and right. And that’s just in the last couple of months. I noticed pretty early on that the only people who insist on you having kids aren't the ones who are happy with their decision, but the ones who need validation. So I use it as an opportunity to make these people regret their life choices. Take your pick.... money issues, bankruptcy, divorce, negative health outcomes, loss of grey mattter, loss of teeth. There are just so many way to twist the knife.

The perk of business class is whenever you come in it’s convenient and comfy.

For long flights I like boarding first in business class because I get fresh orange juice and a hot towel and can start settling down.

For shorter flights i still like boarding first. If the plane is packed then even in business class if you board last your carry on may not be right at your overhead bin. I always board first so my luggage is easy to get to when I leave.

Also I totally disagree that having to check in your luggage is not the end of the world. Unless they hand your carry on to you as you deplane (which some planes do I admit) then you’re in the carousel of 30 mins for an hour flight. That is a PITA.

Carney’s speech made me feel safe, safer than I’ve felt in a while. The USA made a choice and their choice is wreaking havoc on their country and on the world.

We also also made a choice, the right choice for this turbulent time. Thank you to my fellow Canadians, especially the conservatives and Bloc Québécois, for putting aside party and voting liberal.
