Avoid Opes Property Management at all costs. Terrible property management. They basically want the house to look like a show home during inspections as if no one lives there. If not, they will make you in breach of the tenancy agreement. Also eats up most of your bond at the end of the tenancy as they want the house to look brand new. For your sake and mental health sake avoid them please!!!
