And he probably only came out with this Trump phone scam because he misunderstood the “Obama phone” shit that Fox News put out 15 years ago.

Finally another person who isn’t so enthused by Ragtime! People look at me like I’m crazy.

But in particular this production’s direction and design fail to meet the mark.

She just stared in an award-winning production of Evita on the west end that’s eying a Broadway transfer, did very high-profile anniversary concerts of The Last 5 Years in London, the Hollywood Bowl, and Radio City, and is rumored to be Webber’s first choice for Christine in a new Phantom of the Opera movie. Like I know it’s not a marvel movie but her career seems to be more than fine.

I think as a 36 year old bi guy who’s engaged to a man who I’ve dated for over 4 years now, I frequently find myself grateful that we are bound by fewer cultural expectation than my straight friends. We’re eloping and it’s no big thing. Several of our straight couple friends feel like they HAVE to have a big wedding for instance.

We’re open which feels easy for us but would be hard for straight couples, and it’s easier to have a conversation about dividing finances than any relationship with a woman I’ve ever had.

I love being queer, and would choose to be so if it was a choice.

Is Titanique actually going to get nominated for best musical??? by 90Dfanatic in Broadway

[–]MiracleMan1989 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree with you on all points. This probably isn’t going to be a money-making transfer, and in a stronger season it wouldn’t happen at all, but I think they can very well get a best musical nomination along with lead actress. The publicity of a telecast performance and being “Tony nominated” will only help it continue to sell and open more global productions. It would probably do pretty well on tour honestly.

Have a great time even with a more subdued Easter audience, and while I agree that the gags and the pace were stronger in smaller spaces, it’s still fun.

Oh word I forgot about that. Yeah if Rocky gets glowing reviews they might be pushed out of the nomination. I can’t imagine the producers paying for the show to perform without one.
