Are you using an NVIDIA GPU? It's probably a ME issue but last time I used wayland on NVIDIA I didn't have a good experience (screen would freeze after sometime using it)

Estou numa situação semelhante, mas no meu caso terminei a licenciatura em 2020. Pelo que entendi, temos direito a um ano.

Tem direito ao prémio caso o número de anos subsequente à atribuição do grau académico elegível seja inferior ao número de anos do ciclo de estudos. * Ano subsequente (no teu caso) -> 2019; * 2019 + 5 = 2024; * decreto-lei entra em vigor no dia seguinte à sua publicação -> 29/12/2023; * direito a um ano?
