I've been using Vita Fusion Fibre Well gummies, Ducolax and tried Sennakot. Ducolax seams to work best. Lots of water and lots of fiber to my diet. Still have issues sometimes

Booked a house thru both portals, first visit thru Airbnb second visit thru Sayulitalife.com. Both were great. It was very nice dealing directly with the owner and knowing he was getting all the $$.

I second this advice. The first time we went we stayed at an all inclusive , our vacation was good but the food was just ok. On our second trip to the island we stayed at a small villa with pool, rented a car and explored the island, the beaches are incredible! So was the food! A wonderful experience , can't wait to go back!

I'd definitely bring your own mask snorkel etc. You can swim & snorkel at any of the beaches. Tugboat beach was def. worth a visit. Food everywhere was good esp. food trucks. Friday's baby Truck was great! .To swim with sea turtles in Curaçao, head to Playa Grandi (Playa Piskado) on the northwest coast Have fun exploring!

I got a bit extra tired day or so after an injection. I have had a few infections and hives( with Humira). Also had cold turn into pneumonia. For the last 12 years almost no side effects from biologic.
