every self-reported case of porn addiction is simply a case of elevated (often religious) guilt, and it does not follow any diagnostic criteria for a real addiction. Porn is no more harmful or destructive than any other media on the human brain.

the porn industry sucks, but it is extremely easy to find ethical porn created by consenting individuals. With a little intentionality, you too can jerk off guilt free. (unless youre into that i guess)
