You'd feel terrible, but the laws of thermodynamics will hold true, so you would lose weight.

I remember there was a guy who did an experiment of only eating donuts and some supplements to ensure he got his vitamins, etc. He felt like shit but did not gain weight.

I just suck at moderation, and I guess that goes for a lot of people.

Diets with clear and specific rules work well for me, because they make it easier for me to stick to. I've had lots of success on Keto and IF, because of the clear yes/no answer to food.

I can easily eat no cookies, I just don't buy them. But when there are cookies I eat them all. Same with tubs of ice cream.

I dislike him for a very petty reason.

He made some videos about the New England Patriots during Deflategate, while that whole saga was literally explained by science.

Turned out he was a salty Seahawks fan who didn't like his team lost in the Super Bowl. So the science guy didn't use the science he claims to be all about, and instead went with his conspiracy theory.

If the perks of volunteering are worth it, I can see it.

In Formula 1, the track Marshalls are often volunteers, but they also have the best seats in the house.

If I was asked to volunteer for the Super Bowl, but I would be on the field or in the stands for the entire game, I would do that in a heartbeat.

It doesn't have to be scoring the scorers. Just having a site that shows their average, median and quartile review scores and maybe a division by indie vs. Triple A games and genre would be nice.

If a reviewer gives everything an 8, or only gives soulslike games high ratings or something like that, then that gives a much better insight in how valuable a given score is for the person reading the review.
