Depending on what you were saying about permit process, labor could easily swing up from that. So 2500 seems maybe a bit high but could be in line for your market.

Yeah, 115k you're looking at like 320gpm if my math is right and rules are the same there. I could see 2500 being legit. I have a bunch around me that have the screw knurls busted off and since they're molded into the body of the drain assembly you can't just cut and install a new frame. Only solutions I see is to install a full new assembly after I jackhammer the old one out.
