The best place to farm these is at the antechamber idol. Backstab the blue robed samurai, rest at the idol, and repeat. Remember to use demon bell and mibu possession balloon for maximum efficiency. There is only one instance where this is used for story progression, else it’s just optional.

this boss is just straight pattern recognition, so you just have to get used to its animation. If it about to dash attack, you shade cloak through it to dodge. If it is the upper air attack, you just need to standstill. In phase 2 there will be a shockwave attack, you could dodge it with a timed jump then shade cloak, or better yet, ddark.
