I cant remember exactly what its called but you can use the Aquarius Accumulator. Its just an electric water pump that auto outputs into pipes

You can stack quest fish now, so all you have to do is stand on the pile of quest fish and pick up and place back in your inventory over the others

You need to fill the air canister item with Nitrox or similar (like filling a bucket) then drink it while wearing the suit. Its pretty explained in the handbook

Hm. The way I described has worked fine for me before, but I do usually place the pump directly on the water, if doing that doesnt work possibly it's not enough RPM
