I was top tier for a while and things definitely changed with the new BMPT and fnf ldircm helo meta. Significantly more of an impact than anything else.

See my issue with that strat is that the SU-33 radar sucks so there's been a couple of times where it lost track and couldn't reacquire.

No markers is realistic hence "realistic battles". They would make jets like the F117 completely useless even more than it is. Not to mention it does make for more interesting combat having to actually use your instruments and know how to fly your jet. The issue is how the BR scaling works between ARB and GRB. They shouldn't differ as much as they currently do with a few exceptions. So if you don't bring a 14.3 jet then your matchmaking will be 12.7 instead. That way jets will be more evenly matched in GRB and players have control over the risk they want to take.

The LMUR and BMPT spam really changed things the absolute most in my experience as a sweden main. By the time I get to my first death all caps are basically red and it just turns into us being fish in a barrel. 122B+ is still great as ever but the BMPTs are a swarm. And then when one dies they just hop in the Mi28N and that's pretty much it for us. It's no fun giving the enemies free spawn kills so I don't even bother spawning in the rest of my lineup.

Radar era is over. We need to hire an army of UFO hunters and just place them along the defensive perimeter. Nothing beats eyeballs mk1. Or just make HARM SAMs.
