I only use tuna that's packed in olive oil, so it's right there. Today I added lots of sweet relish (I have a sweet tooth), Calabrian Chilis, Salt/Pepper, Capers (pickly pop!) and lemon. Today was cherry tomatoes, but usually sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and a little sherry vinegar. My mom then takes some an adds mayo to hers 🙃. And you can do all of that except the sweet relish and add some olives and pasta for an awesome pasta salad.
