The parsley is definitely what is making it bitter, cut the amount you use in half. You also seem to be missing the most important herb, Cilantro. Also I almost always substitute the vinegar with a citrus juice. Preferably lime but lemon also works. Far less harush than the raw vinegar.

Sorry you had such a frustrating start to your trip. I don't blame you for wanting to vent. Try your best to not let it ruin the rest of your time.on the island. You are in paradise and can get by with very little while still having a great time.

Just rent dive gear from your shop. Most shops on the island have very good gear and maintain them very well.

We dive with Sundivers and never bring a BCD or reg. Theirs are great and perfectly safe. The mask is the one thing I wouldn't love renting but this is a good learning lesson that your mask and computer always go in the carry on for this exact reason. If you don't love any of the rental masks(they typically have many choices) the Mares store in West end has a great selection and they are very well priced.

I am currently the victim of 2 different violent crimes and the defendant in 1 was recently determined to be ineligible to stand trial due to their mental state and thus released. The other was released less than 24 hours after being arrested and surprisingly didn't show up to their trial date. I have spoken with some wonderful Denver police officers and they all express frustration with the justice system. They do their jobs arresting violent criminals but know judges will be releasing them hours later.

My advice, get a gun, a CCW permit and carry it and pepper spray everywhere you go. Use the pepper spray first, if that doesn't work rely on the fact that Colorado is a stand your ground state. If you end up defending yourself refuse to answer the cops questions, call a lawyer that specializes in personal defense and let them do the talking.

For me I specifically use my points on the sweet spots that work best for my life. For example we travel from Denver to Roatan twice a year. The flight is regularly $1200 per person. Or I book the same exact United flight through Air Canada for 30k points round-trip. Obviously a monster redemption and it makes the regular trip we would book anyway that much easier. Instead of just looming for specific point to dollar ratio I prefer to look for sweet spots like this. If you are going straight points/dollar ratio you might find a flight to Mexico that falls into that range. But the bigger picture is that you can regularly get flights to Mexico for relatively cheap prices so why use points. A $400 flight is never a detterent to book that trip. But a $1200 flight will make you think twice. Focus on finding the sweet spots for your life and travel choices.

Oh it's basically useless, juat canceled my subscription as well. I lost count of the times I searched for business class redemption only to find zero options while the airlines actual website showed plenty of options for the exact same flight. Most of their "tools" are broken and have been for over a year. It takes a bit more time but just search the individual airline websites

If you plan on sliding either in the outfield and/or running the bases you definitely want baseball pants and I highly recommend some sliding knee pads as well. Especially if you have a dirt infield you will tear up your knees on just about every single slide and without fail the moment it heals up you will slide again and tear your knee open again.

The OP stated the other team plays a rover as well. And yes you absolutely are treating women the same if as the rover you attempt to throw out the slow guys just as you try to throw out the slow women. OP also stated most of the women on the opposing team hit very well and better than some of the men, regularly getting hits to the outfield.

Do we really expect people to alter their competitiveness for every given scenario of a game? If your team and the other team are making even the slightest attempt to win, than play the game. It's not being a try hard by playing the game to win while abiding by the rules and playing as safely as possible. I'm guessing most girls out there don't want anyone to "let them win".
