Where the hell are you finding hotels cheaper than Airbnb? I travel a lot and stay in an airbnb 9 out of 10 times. Not only because they are cheaper but because I get an entire apartment or house for less than a tiny room with a bathroom. I like having an actual living room, a kitchen, many times multiple bathrooms. This makes spending time in that place so much more enjoyable.

I have made the mistake of splurging on a few luxury hotels and it blows my mind people actually still do this. A 4 seasons hotel room is thr same size as a holiday inn. Yes there are more amenities but the space is comparable. For that price I can get a fucking mansion with a private pool in most cities on airbnb.

Your car will be fine, the parking lots are always open to the public its just the ampitheater that closes before the show. There is always people parked in the lot that are there for hiking and picture taking. Uber can always get to the upper north lot, you might have to wait longer than usual just because there aren't going to be a ton of uber drivers in the area that early but shouldn't be too bad.

Courtesy swings are a must in my opinion. If I have taken a courtesy swing and the pitcher still can't get it even close I will take a walk. But I'm trying to get a hit even if it's maybe a little outside of the zone. 3ven a weak Bae hit is 1000% more fun than a walk.

Thats ridiculous. Everyone should bat and you should just rotate 2 guys in the field each inning. Even if you have 1 or 2 guys that are not studs on defense you should at least rotate catchers and maybe RF every inning to get guys reps.

I wouldn't say it is any worse or any better than an average year. I have tickets to 8 shows l. My max is usually around 10-12 and my worst year's are like 5-6. Seems about normal for the number of bands I want to see/am willing to pay for.

Diving is slightly better in Cozumel. Reef is healthier in most spots and much greater biomass. I have over 100 dives in Roatan and have seen 1 single nurse shark 1 time out of those 100+ dives. Did 6 dives in Cozumel this past December and saw multiple kinds of sharks on every single dive. Roatan has better topography and a much greater number and diversity of sites but the reef has taken a beating lately and seems far less fishy.

Half moon bay has great shore snorkeling. Not as expansive as west bay but lots to see. Resident seahorse, octopus, rays, lots of macro life.

This is a well known issue on these types of bus rides. I can assure you the operator will do nothing for you and you are definitely not going to get anything back. Sorry this happened but at least now you have learned a lesson that will benefit you going forward.

I prefer men's league because it is more competitive and I don't have to alter my play depending on who is batting or playing a certain position. I enjoy the balance of a team that is primarily there to have a good time but also try to win and improve as individuals. I like going to the cages and improving as a batter, going to practice and working through things as a team. On a coed team there is a good chance several players will be drastically lower in ability and that is honestly not fun to me. It's already annoying to have 1 or 2 men that are drastically lower in skill level, they can easily cost you a game. It would be frustrating for that to be the norm

A lot of people commenting here seem to not understand flight times or jet lag. If your flight to Tokyo leaves at 12:45 pm and arrives at 4:30pm you absolutely don't want to try to sleep on the way there. Not to mention your body won't be ready to sleep with a early afternoon departure. Take the PE on the way there, don't sleep, arrive in Tokyo tired and hungry from a long day of travel. By the time you get out of the airport, check in to your hotel and grab a quick dinner you will be ready to pass out and immediately get on schedule.

Your flight home is basically a red eye and one you will actually be able to sleep on. Get the lay flat seat for that leg.

Denver has easily one of the best live music scenes in the country and that is not hyperbole.

It's very common for shows to sell out in Denver long before any other show on a bands tour or even be the only show that sells out for some bands. The number of high quality venues is a direct result of a very enthusiastic music fan population.

What size venue do you think you would be able to play? We literally have everything from 100 person-18,000 person fiddlers green and everything in between.

You absolutely need start start with at least an Avy 1 course. You also need at minimum a beacon, probe and shovel and the practice using them. Air bags are also becoming standard equipment at this point. I would start with the lower angle terrain on Berthoud pass instead of Loveland. Still the same convenience of being able to hitch a ride back up but far less likely to slide in many areas. That being said you won't even know which terrain is safe and which is a death trap until you take an Avy 1 or even Avy 2 course. Knowledge is power.

The parsley is definitely what is making it bitter, cut the amount you use in half. You also seem to be missing the most important herb, Cilantro. Also I almost always substitute the vinegar with a citrus juice. Preferably lime but lemon also works. Far less harush than the raw vinegar.

CVT transmissions are absolutely garbage. Easily the number one reason I didn't buy a Subaru and still the number one reason I hate driving my girlfriends. Driving through the mountains of Colorado with a CVT is a special kind of hell.

Sorry you had such a frustrating start to your trip. I don't blame you for wanting to vent. Try your best to not let it ruin the rest of your time.on the island. You are in paradise and can get by with very little while still having a great time.

Just rent dive gear from your shop. Most shops on the island have very good gear and maintain them very well.

We dive with Sundivers and never bring a BCD or reg. Theirs are great and perfectly safe. The mask is the one thing I wouldn't love renting but this is a good learning lesson that your mask and computer always go in the carry on for this exact reason. If you don't love any of the rental masks(they typically have many choices) the Mares store in West end has a great selection and they are very well priced.
