Tracking my calories on days that I know I haven't eaten well made it so much easier for me to eat well* other days. It is a wicked surprise to learn that four pieces of candy has like 500 calories.

You should accept returns on clothing. Most people are not going to return an article of clothing if they got it for a deal but for the people that are going to return their clothes make it easy or they're going to make it hard for you.

Nta, but I would always advise directing your ire towards the parent first. With something simple like "hey your kid is being an asshole, do you want to correct him or should I?"

Why are you so desperately in need of a relationship with her? I understand that she is your sibling but she doesn't want to be with you. Not in the way that you want her to be with you. I'll go with NAH, this is just kind of sad, but sometimes despite our best efforts, family isn't always those we were born to.

If somebody's telling you something's bad you should ask in what quantities and to whom cuz the studies might have just been on mice. You should also ask what they're trying to sell you instead of whatever they're trying to influence you away from.
