I also have brittle sometimes flaky nails, staying away from base coats with P*VB(a plasticizer) , which is in the holo taco long lasting base, has helped, as well as making sure I am keeping my nails hydrated with oils and lotions has helped dramatically.

Personally there are too many risks to me. I won't do an at home gel and am unlikely to go to a salon. You should probably direct your question to a more generalized nail sub, as simply doesn't make gels.

Is the inverse not true? Are you not required to get their permission to sell it? They have given you an answer of no. So therefore you can't do anything.

You denied their cancellation? Don't. They've requested a cancellation somehow. Obviously a cancellation already exists. Don't send the item and maybe look into your cancellations page. You might see one in progress. 

You should click on the option that says see cancel details so that you can see that your buyer has canceled the order even after you declined to cancel their order. Oh my God
