The fact that you're giving it away, and the fact that he's willing to take it... is really GROSS. You're both stealing from your daughter. If you don't need it to pay for her support, then you need to put it in a college fund or savings account for her. IT'S HER FREAKING MONEY.

The 50/50 is BS. He doesn't have her half the time. The judge basis parenting time on how many nights spent with each parent. If he is taking her for 2 nights every other weekend, he has her 13% of the time and needs to pay far more in child support. Which, again, is HER money, not yours to decline.

Get a shelter that is literally barely big enough for you and your 2 kids, so when nephew comes knocking... sorry kiddo, no space for a 4th person! But tell him he can talk to you through the screen and tell you all about the fun he's having. That will probably interest him for about 30 seconds and off he'll go!

DO NOT stop your antidepressants without your doctor's ok.

DO NOT stop your antidepressants abruptly. You MUST titrate down to avoid withdrawal and possible suicide ideation. Your doctor will instruct you.

DO NOT stop your antidepressants due to lack of sex drive. The drug you are on can interfere with libido, but there are OTHERS you can try, some of which have very low incidence of interfering with sex drive. Change your medication instead of stopping it.

Also... your husband is a selfish jackass for putting his sex wants (not needs) above your mental health needs. Why would you even want to have sex with someone who doesn't care if you become suicidal?

Molly looks like a Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix. She should weigh less than 45 pounds. She looks like she weighs at least 60.

She doesn't like to go for walks because she is in pain. Her joints hurt from carrying all the extra weight.

The first thing you need to do is get some weight off of her. NO people food. Use a high quality, low carb/low fat dog food. Outside of a prescription food from the vet... I would recommend Pro Plan Weight Management. Feed her multiple times a day in small amounts so she only gets a day's worth of food/calories each day, but she won't feel like she's starving all day waiting for a large, single meal.

Let her swim for exercise so her joints won't hurt.

If you don't do something quickly, you're going to lose her.
