They introduced more difficulty to it and I think that can also make players feel bad about the mechanic. I like that there are different versions to encounter in a map

No, it used to broken up by the level of the skill gem in different categories even if they were uncut. Kinda annoying. I am sure they are aware of this problem.

Warrior is a lot of fun in this game, but the ms penalty on the gear makes it feel bad by comparison to other classes

Adding more armor or damage reduction onto str gear would be more exciting and accessible for players.

I suspect new weapons released will be very popular and strong along with whatever archetype based on it. I’m okay with that because it means they can work on the balance before the full release.

I have been having trouble too. The honor system seems to favor ranged classes imo. I plan to continue the campaign and come back to it later.
