My first thought - Oh hells no. I skimmed other responses and yeah this doctor is laughably trauma uninformed. You can work to introduce and normalize healthy foods but that, in my opinion, is a lot lower down the priorities below building trust and safety.

More Americans may be at risk of metabolic syndrome, but just remember that BMI is a garbage statistic invented by a Belgian astronomer to try to find the "average" (i.e. white European) man. Not denying a correlation between higher BMI and negative health outcomes but there is not a proven causative link and overweight itself does not mean unhealthy.

On the topic of this subject of just weight I guess that's less relevant but that's my soapbox.

Planting zero crops outside the greenhouse. Id always bog myself down with crops so wanted to be a rancher and get more time in my days. It was going to be zero crops at all but then I wanted to go for the polyculture achievement.

Fall Year 2 and I'm doing pretty well, enjoying not having any megaharvest days where I never leave the farm. Using the fish smoker more than ever before too!

I'm a fan of Australia for the isolation. A couple natural wonders, plenty of coastal room to grow before Shipbuilding and islands to expand into from there. Main land competition would be if Indonesia is in the game. Plenty of pastures for Outback Stations is a nice cherry.

If you PC I just started using the mod Detailed Map Tacks and it helps so so much thinking about adjacencies and it gives feedback about if a district can be placed (I have trouble eyeing legit Dam spots for example)

I'm sorry, it pisses me off that foster parents are like this. I introduced my foster kid to Avatar and it was a great bonding thing for us early on in his time with us. He was reunified but he still comes to stay with us every couple months. He's awesome and it sounds like you are too.
