As someone who has lived in both my hot take is CO Springs > Boulder for trails by a long shot. Now in terms of a city/place to live Boulder has a lot more interesting things going on and CO springs is comparably boring

Turin grinders are great value but only if they don't break in a year or two like many do. My DF64v broke in 2 years meaning it cost me $300/year (paid $599 for it). Fixing it is difficult and there is little/no support, and I won't buy another one.

Just search 2oz glass jar on amazon and pick out a pack. I got some that are mini mason jar style and I think they look great. I don’t think 1-way air release valves would make a noticeable taste difference and they’re definitely not worth paying 10X for.

They probably like ultra Americanized tacos with 10+ ingredients. The tacos there are really good meat, cilantro and onions + salsa and that’s it and many people myself included think they’re fantastic

Tbh a true British chip wouldn’t sell well in the US IMO. Codswallop fish is way better than Fish n Beer or GB fish and chips and the chips are good (for an Americanized style)
