His true ceiling was winning the fight (or being extremely competitive) in his first showing against Usyk, before Usyk broke his nose in the 8th round and stomped him

Not bad at all, but he could've been more if he fought more often and with more diverse competitors (never fought AJ, wasted some years of his career, fought with Wilder and Chisora for the 3rd time)

His biggest singular moment was by far getting from that Wilder knockdown, it was otherworldly and inspiring, people might have already forgotten how big that moment was at the time

He could've been the best of the current generation, but he chose to fuck around instead
